Moonlit Sendona
Spent a couple weeks down in the Southwest photographing some of the amazing National Park icons. Every time I visit its like seeing for the first time. Such spectacular scenery.
This image is a composite of 4 images stitched together. While processing the photos I used some techniques that give a slight painterly effect. Modern DSLR cameras are designed to add way too much contrast for my liking. Much of the subtleties are lost. So in processing the photo I delicately brought back much of the faint highlight and shadow details that typically get lost.
